Hello there, Amy! Welcome to
planDisney, and thank you so much for bringing us your question!
Bringing your 9-month-old to
Walt Disney World in June sounds absolutely precious, and I'm so happy you're checking these details ahead of time.
Yes! If an attraction at the Disney Water Parks lists
"any height" as the requirement, then infants are absolutely allowed to experience it with you. In those cases, your little one would either sit on your lap or be held securely beside you, depending on the attraction vehicle and the instructions provided by the Cast Members.
That being said, I do always like to gently remind parents that some water attractions, even the milder ones, can still feel a bit splashy or bumpy at times. Nothing extreme if they are labeled "any height," of course, but you'll definitely want to keep your baby held nice and securely throughout the experience.
When you arrive at each attraction, the Cast Members stationed there will also be more than happy to guide you on the safest positioning for your little one, since the setup can vary slightly depending on the specific ride or raft.
Honestly, some of my favorite Disney memories involve seeing tiny babies enjoying those first magical experiences with their families, especially at the water parks where everything feels so playful and carefree.
Amy, I hope your June trip is filled with sweet little moments! If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us. We're always available and more than happy to help here at planDisney!
Warm hugs,
Ana Paula
