Hello, we are bringing our 6 month old baby. Will it be possible for us all including the baby to queue for rides (even if they are unsuitable for babies) and then one of the adults exit with the baby instead of waiting alone whilst we queue and ride?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Samantha!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by and excited to help you plan your upcoming trip to Disney World! It looks like you will be arriving in a few weeks...WOO HOO! We know you and your family are going to have the most MAGICAL time ever! So, time to put on your Mickey ears, and we can't wait to "See You Real Soon!"

First of all, you are going to LOVE experiencing Disney with your six-month-old. I have five kids, and all of them started going to Disney as babies. My wife and I would just put them in a baby carrier on our backs and enjoy the most TIGGER-ific day. While your baby will not necessarily remember the trip, YOU will because there is nothing greater than seeing your baby smile and laugh when meeting Mickey Mouse or Cinderella. These moments are PRICELESS!

So, are you ready for some MAGICAL news? I am very happy to inform you that your family most certainly can enter an attraction queue together, and then an adult can exit while the rest of you enjoy the attraction. As you approach the loading area, just let a Cast Member know, and they will let you know where the exit is to join your group after they return from space or a far-off land!

PRO-TIP #1: Did you know that Mickey Mouse offers a Rider Switch Service? This allows the person who waits with the baby to enjoy the attraction without going through the regular line. How cool is this?! We always used this service when our kids were young, and it's a game-changer for family members who are thrill seekers!

PRO-TIP #2: Take advantage of the Baby Care Centers located in each Disney Theme Park! This is where you can get away and take a break to feed and change your baby during the day. They also have a kitchenette with a microwave and a sink for clean up and food preparation.

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
