I am bringing my Mom to WDW and Epcot in March. I am trying to find the best locations to watch the fireworks shows with her. She will be in a wheelchair.

    Hi Cherie,

Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel. How wonderful that you and your Mom will enjoy Walt Disney World together!

I really love IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth. It's just such an amazing and spectacular show, and I watch it every chance I get. Everything about the experience — the music, the stunning visuals, the fireworks — is breathtaking.

One option to consider for a prime viewing location is to make a FastPass+ selection. With the FastPass+ selection, you can view IllumiNations from the special viewing area at the Showcase Plaza.

You could also consider the Frozen Ever After Dessert Party at Epcot World Showcase.

Another easily accessible viewing area is the bridge between the United Kingdom and France pavilions. This is one of my favorite go-to viewing spots. I watched IllumiNations from this spot just a few weeks ago. Just keep in mind to give yourself time before the show to find a spot along the bridge where there's good visibility looking through the railing.

I'm sure you and your Mom will love your IllumiNations experience.

    Enjoy your Disney!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
