We are bringing our infant and use glass baby bottles. Will these be allowed in the parks?

    Hi Tabitha,

Welcome to planDisney!  I'm so happy you stopped by with your question about vacationing with your baby.  If this is your little Mouseketeer's first trip, I bet you are getting so excited!  I have such fond memories of my children's first visits and we still tell stories about those visits even though my children are much older and some of them are young adults now.  The memories you will soon be making will last you a lifetime.

Tabitha, I am glad you are so thoughtful to consider what items you may bring into the Walt Disney World theme parks.  Please click on this link to see the list of prohibited items in the Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules.  Good news!  Even though glass containers are prohibited in the theme parks, there is an exception for small glass containers for feeding your baby.  I called Guest Services and spoke to a Cast Member who confirmed with me that small glass baby food jars and glass baby bottles are allowed into the theme parks.

Since you will be traveling with a baby, I wanted to let you know about the complimentary Baby Care Centers located in each theme park at Walt Disney World.  These wonderful centers allow your family to have a place to nurse, feed, change, and rest up a little bit before heading back out to enjoy the theme parks.  The Baby Care Centers also have a small shop where you can purchase diapers, wipes, sunscreen, formula and many other items if you need it.  If you have older children, there is an area where they can watch Disney movies and relax while you are tending the baby.

Have a Magical vacation, Tabitha!  Please come back and visit us here at planDisney with all of your vacation planning questions.  We are always happy to help you plan your next Magical adventure.

    See Ya Real Soon,
