Hello there, Amanda! Welcome to planDisney!
Your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is just days away! I hope you've added
EPCOT to your itinerary, as
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind recently opened and it does not disappoint! Join Peter Quill and the real leader, Rocket, on a thrilling race through space to help save the galaxy! This one-of-a-kind coaster is available via virtual queue on the
My Disney Experience App or with an
Individual Lightning Lane purchase the day of your visit.
With the return of some of our favorite activities, like
Character Greetings, we've seen many days where park reservations fill up ahead of time. In fact, there are only a few days this entire month where all four parks are available. Wow! Unfortunately, once park reservations are completely booked for the day, there is no way to make new ones appear. If I could cast a spell or wave my magic wand, I would..
Your best bet is to keep a close eye on the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar. This calendar stays up-to-date as Guests add, remove and rearrange their vacation plans, so there is a chance that you'll see park reservations become available on your preferred dates. I recommend checking the Theme Park Reservation Availabiltiy Calendar every day, even multiple times per day, leading up to your trip. You never know when your wish will be granted! If you happen to see availability, make like Lightning McQueen and zoom over to
make theme park reservations immediately! You never know who is on your tail!
Amanda, I find that EPCOT and
Disney's Animal Kingdom Park tend to be the parks that have the most availability left. These are often the parks that open up the most for reservations, too.
If you're unable to grab park reservations, you can always invite your pals to join you at
Disney Springs, where no ticket or reservation is needed. Shop 'til you drop! Eat 'til you drop! And stay out late! The magic is alive at Disney Springs and you'll never run out of fun adventures.
Hakuna Matata,
Ashley
