We're bringing 2 of our grdaughters tages 4 & 6 to Disney in June. Our budget is limited. We got the QS dining plan but the girls also want a character meal, doesn't matter with who or if it is B,L or D. Which character meal would be the least expen

    Hi Patty!

Can I be one of your granddaughters?  I'll be the really tall one begging for an ice cream cone!  Just kidding, it is so great that you are treating your grandchildren to a trip to Walt Disney World.  Of course, you do realize that the Barbie Doll that you give them next Christmas just won't compare to this gift of a lifetime!

You made a great choice by selecting the Quick Service dining plan.  It suits our family perfectly, because my kids won't slow down to eat at a Table Service restaurant every day.  I'm guessing that your little sweeties, like most girls that I know, have a mild case of Princess Worship.  If this is true, I highly recommend having breakfast at Epcot's Restaurant Akershus Royal Banquet Hall.    The Storybook Dining breakfast is a little girl's dream come true!  Some of the princesses who have made past appearances here include Sleeping Beauty, Jasmine, Belle, Mary Poppins, Snow White and even Ariel!  Of course, the exact rotation of royalty may change.  The price at this time is $22.99, plus tax for adults and $12.99, plus tax for children.  In comparison, breakfast with the princesses in Cinderella's castle is $34.99, plus tax for adults and $23.99, plus tax for children.  In my opinion, your little ones won't even know the difference!

Also, check out the Disney website for great information on travelling with with little ones.  Those Disney folks think of everything!
