We are bringing a girl scout troop in a couple weeks. Can the chaperone adults link all of the tickets to their accounts? Or can a ticket only be linked to one account at a time? We will probably need to split into smaller groups throughout the day.

Hi there, Ronnie! You are most welcome, here at planDisney!

Thank you so much for bringing your question to us about linking tickets for your group. I'm happy to share with you that it is absolutely possible to link your Girl Scout troop's theme park tickets to more than one account via the official Disneyland mobile app. And, I'll be glad to share some tips for how to do this. First, open the mobile app and select the '≡' feature from the home screen. Tap "Tickets and Passes" and you should see any tickets that are currently linked to your Disney account. If you need to add tickets, you can select the (+) button in the top right-hand corner of your screen and follow the prompts to link your admission tickets by scanning the barcode or QR code you received in your email confirmation, or by manually entering the ticket ID number. Each Guest can repeat this process to add the tickets to their own mobile device.

Once all your tickets are linked together, you'll be able to access them to make Lightning Lane selections if your group is using Disney Genie+ Service or to join virtual queues together. You'll also have the option to select which members of your group will be included at the time you book Lightning Lanes or virtual queues, so don't worry if some of the Mouseketeers in your group want to experience different things at the same time. It's easy to split up or adventure together as you take in all the magic of Disneyland Resort! Don't forget to ensure that each member of your group has both their valid ticket and park reservation secured, in order to enjoy your day in the theme parks.

Since you're traveling with some younger Guests, I have one tip that I often use when I bring my nieces, nephews, and my own children to the parks. We love to load up a Disney Gift Card for each of them and let them make purchases for snacks, meals, or merchandise. They know their total amount and have a bit of independence in deciding how to spend it. Disney Gift Cards are available on shopDisney.com by email or mail to a U.S. mailing address.

I hope these few recommendations are helpful, Ronnie. It sounds like you are the best Girl Scout Troop Leader EVER! I hope you have an absolutely magical visit, and please don't hesitate to reach out again if we can lend any further advice.

    Magically yours,
