Hi there, Juli!
Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for stopping by with your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. I'm thrilled to hear you'll be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth with your college softball team next spring! The only thing better than visiting the Walt Disney World Resort is enjoying it with friends and family. I can't imagine a better team-building exercise than a day at
Magic Kingdom Park!
Juli, group rates may be available for Guests who book 10 or more rooms at a
Disney Resort hotel. However, at this time, there are no group rates offered on single-day
theme park tickets. Guests are only able to purchase up to 10 theme park tickets on the Walt Disney World Resort website, so I'd recommend calling the friendly Cast Members at the
New Tickets phone line to complete the ticket purchase for your large group.
Magic Kingdom Park is wonderfully accommodating for large groups, Juli. Many attractions are suitable for Guests of all ages and interests! A few of my favorite attractions to experience with a large group are
Pirates of the Caribbean,
"it's a small world," and
Jungle Cruise. It's always nice to allow smaller groups to branch off and experience the theme park together, reuniting in the evening for a group viewing of
Happily Ever After! Also, while you may not be able to secure a dining reservation for your entire group, some quick-service locations (like
Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café) often have ample seating space for larger groups.
Juli, I hope you've found this information helpful as you continue to plan a magical experience for your softball team! I'm wishing your group a memorable team-building experience at the Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any additional planning questions, please feel free to revisit us at
planDisney anytime. We're here to help you make the most of your time at The Most Magical Place on Earth!
Enchantment awaits,
Lauren
