We will be bringing my daughters own wheelchair, she can fully weight bear but not walk long distances. For ratatouille ride and Star Wars, do we use the virtual que request in the morning, or do we go to the actual ride and request a return time?

Hey there Holly and welcome to planDisney!

The Walt Disney World Resort is The Most Magical Place on Earth and has been making that magic for Guests for the past 50 yEARS. It's a place where people of all kinds can come and immerse themselves in imagination, innovation, and wonder. Let's do our best to get your daughter what she needs to maximize her pixie-dusted possibilities.

Services for Guests with Disabilities are a priority for the Walt Disney World Resort. For Guests with mobility disabilities, there's actually a pretty comprehensive list of Attraction Access Categories. Going through the queue lines of Millenium Falcon: Smugglers Run, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, and Remy's Ratatouille Adventure shouldn't be a problem for your daughter.  I did a little digging and discovered that on all 3 of those rides your daughter should be able to transfer from her wheelchair, either by herself or with assistance, directly to the ride vehicle. But just the same I would try to snag a Lightning Lane access to all 3 rides using my Disne Genie+ Service just to simplify things. According to the Disability Access Service or DAS information Guests whose disabilities are specifically centered around mobility will either wait in the standard line where applicable or be given a return time with a wait that is similar to the current standby time. The Disability Services Team can be reached by calling 407-560-2547 or emailing disability.services@dsisneyparks.com for more info.

Holly, I hope I've been able to clear up any confusion for you. Thanks for stopping by!

    Safe travels!
