I am bringing my daughters down to the Magic Kingdom for the first time ever. They both will be over 21, so I'm looking for some good nighttime spots that we can enjoy for good music, food and/or drinks.

Oh my goodness what a magical combination Suzanne - a mother-daughters trip plus your 1st ever visit to Walt Disney World Resort; I can just imagine how excited you all must be!
Here just for you are my top recommendations for nighttime spots to possibly enjoy adult beverages with your darling girls  -
    - For a fun sing-a-long time try Jellyrolls the duelling piano bar at Disney's BoardWalk.
Trader Sam's Grog Grotto and Tiki Bar is one of the newest lounge bars at Walt Disney World Resort and takes it's name from a character featured in the Magic Kingdom's Jungle Cruise attraction.
    - Go visit Yehaa Bob Jackson at River Roost Lounge for an evening of jollity and humour!
    - An entire evening of nighttime fun can be found in the Downtown Disney Area and one of my personal favourites is the House of Blues
I'm sure wherever is finally decided you'll enjoy a magical 1st visit to Walt Disney World Resort making memories with your dear daughters which are sure to last an entire lifetime.
    Have a great Disney day.
