We want to bring our 6 yr old son to Disney. We also have twin 2 yr olds who won't be going. Are concern is if a health emergency arises last minute with any of our family that prevents us from going what is the policy on refunds?

Howdy, Mike! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for stopping by! It sounds like you’re planning a fantastic family vacation. It is important to know that your vacation plans are flexible in case of emergencies, especially during these unprecedented times. Walt Disney World vacations are some of the easiest to modify, cancel and reschedule! If you need to modify, try to do so as soon as possible. Final payments for Disney vacation packages are not due until 30 days before your trip, so any change before 30 days is usually not going to incur a change fee if booked directly with Walt Disney World.

If you need to make a change within 30 days of your trip but more than two days from your departure, you may incur some change and cancellation fees. These fees can be explained to you by the Cast Members in Disney Reservations via telephone! Simply contact them with any further questions you have. Meanwhile, if we can help with any other aspect of your planning, please do not hesitate to come back and see us!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Clara
