Hi, can I bring in a water pack? The ones you carry as a backpack?

    Hi Ashley! Welcome to planDisney!

Ooooh, you are so smart to think about staying hydrated. Even when the temps don't seem that high, Disneyland days can be quite toasty. I'm happy to say that yes, hydration backpacks are allowed. In fact, most outside food, beverages, and food containers are allowed at The Happiest Place on Earth. The only rules are no alcoholic beverages and no glass containers.  Do be aware that backpacks and bags will be sEARched upon the security entry and they'll also ride all attractions with you, so be sure that your pack can be easily removed and not like tucked under a shirt, etc. If you find that your bag is too full of water to have fun, there are lockers available for rent

Pro Tip: You'll even be able to refill these wonderful water pouches in the parks! Most Quick-Service dining locations will give you a complimentary cup of ice water upon request. However, due to sanitary reasons, these cups are single-use only and some dining locations would need to hand over like a dozen to refill a backpack like yours. Instead, I'm going to send you to the Quick Service locations that offer self-serve beverage stations. You'll still need to ask for a water cup as you're not allowed to directly fill your bag from the beverage machine. However, these locations DO allow you to use one cup multiple times per water refill stop. These locations are: Alien Pizza Planet, Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta, GCH Craftsman Grill, Plaza Inn, Pym Test Kitchen, Rancho Del Zocalo Restaurants, and Tangaroa Terrace. There's even a bonus stop across from Soarin' in a little snack nook that happens to have Coke Freestyle Machines. I've refilled my own 40oz stainless steel water bottles here plenty of times.
