    what should i bring to the walt disney world theme parks

    Hello Ronda,

    It seems someone is packing for their BIG trip to Disney World! You must be getting excited for your vacation!

    When you are visiting Disney, you cannot bring in wagons or bags larger than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high. But honestly, why would you? I like to travel light inside the Theme Parks. You want to freedom and mobility to move from attraction to attraction!

    When my family visits, I make sure I have a small backpack with me that I can carry on to attractions. And then I have a short list of must-have's with me at all times:
    • sunscreen (I'm constantly re-applying it throughout the day!)
    • my camera and cell phone (Don't forget to pack a few extra batteries!)
    • a felt tip pen for autographs (We usually purchase our autograph book inside the Park but you can bring one from home too.)
    • sunglasses and a poncho (Orlando weather can run the gamut...all in one day! So I like to be prepared.)
    • water bottle and some snacks (I never bring more than one bottle that I can fill at the fountain. And I only bring a few cereal bars. Why? Because there are so many snack options at each Park. But these reserves are for those times when you can't jump out of line or can't bare to stop for an extra minute!)
    And don't forget, pack comfortable shoes for your vacation. You'll be doing a lot of walking. But you will enjoy every minute of it! Hope this helps!
