Can I bring an umbrella stroller attachment?

    Royal greetings, Jessica!

A warm welcome to planDisney and thank you for bringing us a fantastic Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. It appears that you're counting down the minutes until a very special trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth! As the parent of a little Mouseketeer myself, I can assure you that the only thing better than visiting the Disney Parks is experiencing them through the eyes of your little one!

Jessica, you'll be arriving at The Most Magical Place on Earth so very soon, so let's chat about stroller policies before your carriage turns into a pumpkin. For admission into the theme parks, water parks, and/or Disney Springs, strollers must be no larger than 31” (79 cm) wide and 52” (132cm) long. Stroller wagons are not permitted, except in cases where they are granted special access because they are needed due to a disability. Attachments shouldn't be a problem as they aren't called out on the list of prohibited items, as long as their addition doesn't increase the size of the stroller beyond the permitted dimensions. However, security Cast Members always have the final say on what is or is not allowed past the security checkpoints at all Walt Disney World Resort locations.

If you and your little royal run into rain during your time in the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, you can always head to a Baby Care Center to dry off and clean up, Jessica. These locations are conveniently located in each of the four theme parks and serve as a place to feed, change, and nurture the littlest Mouseketeers in your travel party! If you get caught under a little black rain cloud, the Baby Care Centers would be a great place for a quick clothing change. Plus, they also sell commonly-forgotten childcare items and extra clothing - just in case!

Jessica, I hope you've found this information useful as you and your little royal gear up for an enchanting escape to The Most Magical Place on Earth. If you have any additional questions throughout your visit, you're always welcome to stop back by planDisney anytime. We're here to help you make the most of your special time together at Disney destinations!

    Warm wishes,

    Lauren
