Hey, Michael!
I remember taking my son on his first Disney Cruise when he was three. We had such a great time as a family that we’ve made cruising with Disney a yearly tradition. I’m happy to share my experiences with you.
You can use your stroller all over the ship, but navigating the elevators and hallways can be challenging. We opted to forgo the stroller during our Caribbean voyage as our Port Adventures didn't involve much walking. However, we purchased a compact umbrella stroller for the cruise when we explored Europe. We did not need it on the ship, but it came in handy when exploring ports. Check your
Port Adventures to ensure they are stroller-friendly. Expand the Port Adventures page's Know Before You Go section to view this information.
If you decide to leave your stroller at home, Guest Services has a limited number of
complimentary strollers available for use throughout your cruise, both onboard and during onshore activities. If you visit Disney's private island,
Castaway Cay, you’ll also find beach-ready wagons near Scuttle’s Cove and the Pelican Point tram stop. This is a fantastic option for the island.
I hope your Disney Cruise is an enchanting adventure from start to finish! Here at planDisney, we are dedicated to assisting you throughout your journey. Feel free to reach out for any guidance or information you may need.
SEAS the adventure!
