Hi, there!
Oh my goodness, Amy - your Walt Disney World Resort vacation has just begun. Wahoo! I know you and your family are going to have a magical stay!
Visiting the theme parks with
little ones in tow is so special. No matter how old you are, there's always magic around every corner, but watching it through your child's eyes is just priceless! To answer your question, yes, you should have a stroller for your 3 and 5-year olds. Adventure-filled days in the theme parks require a LOT of walking, and little legs tire easily. In fact, during my family's most recent visit, my 8-year old even asked to rest his legs in the stroller a few times during the week. If you did not take a stroller with you, not to fret!
Stroller rentals are available at each of the four theme parks and Disney Springs. I recommend renting a double stroller so each of your kiddos has a seat and they don't have to take turns. To save a bit of money, purchase a length-of-stay rental ticket. When you visit a theme park, you'll just show your receipt at the rental location, and bibbidi-bobbidi-boo... you'll receive your stroller for the day! Super convenient!
Be sure to download the
Play Disney Parks mobile app. My kids absolutely love using the app to play interactive games that sync with their favorite attractions. The app makes waiting in line so much fun, my kids are actually disappointed when it's our turn to ride!
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Amy. We're wishing you a vacation that is practically perfect in every way!
