Can we bring our Starbucks drinks from the parks onto the buses? We want to take them back to our resort at the Contemporary

    Hiya Christina,

Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your transportation question! Disney transportation is truly one of my favorite parts of staying in the magic. Whether it’s a bus, monorail, boat, or Skyliner, it’s such a convenient way to travel between your resort and the parks without ever having to touch your car.

Now, Christina, let’s hop right into your question. You’ll be happy to know that guests are allowed to bring food and drinks on board Disney transportation. The main things to keep in mind are that alcoholic beverages aren’t permitted on any form of Disney transportation, and glass containers aren’t allowed, except for small items like baby food jars.

I’ve even done this myself! One time while staying at the Grand Floridian, I had some extra time before meeting up with friends. So, I took a little trip to my favorite Starbucks on Earth, the one on Main Street, in Magic Kingdom, grabbed my drink, enjoyed a stroll through the park, and then hopped on the monorail back to the resort with my Starbucks cup in hand. Talk about a practically perfect Disney moment!

Before your visit, I also recommend checking out the Disney Parks Blog. It’s a great place to find the latest news on new attractions, seasonal treats, and the newest merchandise, so you can be in the know before you even arrive.

Christina, I hope this helps make your travel day just a little smoother and more magical. If you have any more questions, feel free to visit us again.

    See ya real soon,

    Christina
