Can I bring snacks and a water bottle into the park?

Howdy Kari! (I love your name and home state, by the way!)

Great news! You are allowed to bring snacks and a water bottle into the theme parks. For specific details, you can find more information by reviewing the Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules. Below you will find a list of prohibited items specific to the questions you asked. Prohibited items include: Glass containers and alcoholic beverages. If you are planning to bring your snacks in a cooler, it's important to note, "suitcases, bags, coolers or backpacks, with or without wheels, larger than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high (61 cm x 38 cm x 46 cm) are not allowed in any Theme Park or Water Park. Loose or dry ice is not permitted in these containers. Re-usable ice packs are recommended."

I'm so glad you are planning to take a water bottle with you. They are definitely on our must have list when we head out for the day. Throughout the day, you can request complimentary ice water at the Quick Service dining locations. Staying hydrated is so important and it sounds like you have this covered.

I hope this helps you with your planning. Thank you so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let me know if you need any other information as you plan your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
