Can we bring snacks into the parks for our children?

Hi Linda! Many guests are asking this question and I am glad to be able to help you with the answer.

Guests may indeed bring snacks into the parks in a bag or backpack. Please note the General Rules as to what is allowed and what you cannot bring in. Wagons and carts are not allowed so be sure you are not overloading yourself with a heavy bag. Some attractions will not allow you to bring on those big bags and then you have to deal with that issue. The less you can bring the better you will be and enjoy the day more.

Please also note that all bags must go through a security check. If you have snacks that are "fragile" such as chips please let the security person know so they can be extra careful when they are searching the bag. Also know that picnic areas are not available in the parks. You can find some restful spots such as the castle hub in the Magic Kingdom but most of the time is snack on the go for families.

    Have a magical Disney vacation!
