Can I bring snacks into the park for my children?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Alyssa ~

You are welcome to take food and water into the theme parks. I have a son with special needs and I have to take food into the theme parks with us every trip. Here are some things to remember when bringing food and drinks inside the parks:

    * Glass containers (unless they are baby food jars) is on the list of personal items that are not permitted in the theme parks.
    * All bags are inspected before entering the theme parks.
    * Coolers are permitted as long as they are no larger than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high.
    * Cast Members are prohibited from storing, preparing, cooking, or reheating any food brought into the resort hotels or theme parks by Guests.
    * If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you can store the items in the small refrigerator in your room.

Bringing in your own food and drinks is a great way to save money. Another bonus is that you save time waiting in line for snacks.

Please feel free to visit us with all of your planning questions. We are hEAR for you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
