Hi Nikole,
So excited for your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort. I hope you have the most fantastic time! I’m already thinking of my next trip and which snacks I’m going to add to my must-try list.
The smells at Walt Disney World are genuinely tempting, and with so many options, everyone can find something they enjoy that meets their dietary needs and budget.
You are definitely allowed to bring your own snacks and nonalcoholic beverage items into the park. But don’t be surprised if you end up not eating your snacks. I’ve been on many trips where we packed a backpack full of snacks for little ones only to get home with a still nearly full bag at the end of the night. One thing I always bring to the parks with me is water, Florida weather is notoriously tricky, and you can find yourself a little dehydrated by midday. My family and I either pack water bottles or reusable bottles to fill up at the water fountains throughout the park.
If you decide to bring snacks, there are a
few exclusions to keep in mind; the items must not require heating, refrigeration, or be stored in a glass container (baby food jars are the exception). There are also some restrictions related to the size of the cooler/backpack you can bring into the parks (they must be smaller than 24” long x 15” wide x 18” high). Be sure to check out the
Walt Disney World Property rules for more details or contact a Cast Member at (407)-939-5277.
If you have any other questions, please let us know! Have a magical vacation!
