Can I bring in snack foods to park? Is there vegan options on the basic dining plan?

     Hi Patricia,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

You’ll be pleased to know that you can definitely bring snacks into the Theme Parks, provided they aren’t in glass or other types of prohibited containers according to the Walt Disney World Resort Park Rules

As for vegan dining options, you’ll be pleased to know that you should be able to find something to eat at most Walt Disney World Resort restaurants that you may choose to enjoy with your Disney Dining Plan. I recommend checking out the menus before your visit so that you can narrow down your choices. I find that Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park has some great dining choices for vegans (Tiffins and Satu'li Canteen are some of my favourite options), as does Epcot (check out Sunshine Seasons and the vegetable couscous at Restaurant Marrakesh).

If you want more information about the ingredients used to make a given meal, please don’t hesitate to ask any questions you may have when you place your order or when you’re greeted by your server. You can also check out the Special Dietary Requests page for more information.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
