Walt Disney World Resort policy so you can plan with confidence: Strollers are allowed in the theme parks, even if you don’t have a child riding in them (I made sure to check with a Cast Member on this!), as long as they meet the size requirements. Per Disney’s official rules, strollers must be no larger than 31 inches wide and 52 inches long. Anything bigger than that won’t be permitted. And wagons (including stroller wagons) are not allowed in the parks.
As for coolers, small soft-sided coolers are permitted for personal use. Just make sure they’re not any larger than 24 inches long x 15 inches wide x 18 inches high. Loose ice and dry ice are not permitted, so you’ll want to use reusable ice packs instead.
Now, if I may, let’s talk real-life park flow for a sec. While your idea is pretty brilliant, pushing extra gear all day can get old fast. Especially weaving through crowds, parking it for attractions, and retrieving it again. Sometimes, less really is more in the parks.
