Can you bring a scooter for the disabled on the boat from disney Riverside to disney landing?

Welcome to planDisney, Joyce! Thanks so much for floating by with your question today.

I love that there is a robust complimentary transportation system at Walt Disney World Resort that can get me wherever I need to go quickly and easily, and if I have the choice I almost always choose a breezy and relaxing boat ride. Whether it's between EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios on the Friendship Boats or floating down the Sassagoula River on your way to Disney Springs, water transportation is a great way to arrive in style.

Joyce, I'm pleased to tell you that the Sassagoula River Cruise that runs between Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside and Disney Springs is accessible, and you can bring an ECV onboard. A Cast Member will help you by deploying a ramp, and you can drive right onto the boat.

You mentioned The Landing, but I want to make sure that you know that the boat dock that services Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside is in The Marketplace area of Disney Springs. The path to the dock is located right by Disney's Wonderful World of Memories near Rainforest Café and Disney's Days of Christmas, so set your course in that direction when you're ready to sail away back to your Resort Hotel.

    Have a magical day, Joyce!
