Can we bring in sandwiches and drinks to the park?

Hi Nancy! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I am so happy you have decided to visit the Walt Disney World Resort soon! This is a great time to visit with the Epcot International Festival of the Arts AND Mickey Mouse’s 90th Birthday Celebration taking place. You will have a blast!

You can absolutely bring in your own sandwiches and beverages, as long as you follow a few rules. No alcoholic beverages, no glass containers (except for small ones like baby food jars), and no coolers or backpacks larger than 24” long x 15” wide x 18” high. Peanut butter and jelly, ham and cheese, or bologna and mustard sandwiches? Go for it!

If you have kiddos, bringing in some familiar snacks is an excellent plan. I try to always have some on hand to ward off any hunger-fueled meltdowns. Keeping their energy up helps us better enjoy everything that the theme parks have to offer!

Enjoy your visit, Nancy! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
