If you bring your rollator to the park can it be checked and retrieved depending on what your needs are?

Welcome to planDisney, Harry! Thanks for bringing us your question!

I’m sure you’re getting excited for your trip to Walt Disney World. The entire resort will be in the winter holiday spirit when you visit, with each theme park and hotel featuring special decorations, treats, and more. You can find out more about the upcoming holiday celebrations over on the Disney Parks Blog, and get ready to experience the Vacation Kingdom of the World during the most wonderful time of the year!

While you are more than welcome to bring your mobility device to any of the Walt Disney World theme parks, there isn’t anywhere where it can be checked and retrieved throughout the day. Many attractions and restaurants have stroller and wheelchair parking areas, and you can leave your device there if you don’t want to bring it inside, but otherwise your mobility device will need to remain with you during your visit.

You can find more information about services for guests with mobility needs here. If you have any questions during your visit, don’t hesitate to ask a helpful Cast Member or visit Guest Relations at any of the Walt Disney World theme parks. You can also call the Non-Reservation Support number ahead of your vacation.

I hope you have an amazing visit to Walt Disney World, Harry. Don’t hesitate to come back if you have more vacation planning questions. You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney!

    Magical travels!
