Jambo, Kelly!
I'd like to welcome you to planDisney and thank you for stopping by with your question about your upcoming
Walt Disney World Resort vacation. You'll be arriving at The Most Magical Place on Earth in just a few days - adventure awaits!
It sounds like you'll be staying at one of the many incredible
Disney Resort hotels on property. Kelly, I'm sure that Timon and Pumbaa would tell you not to leave for the theme parks without grabbing some grub first. I'm happy to inform you that Guests are welcome to take food and nonalcoholic beverages with them on Walt Disney World Resort
bus transportation! Whether you'll be picking up food from Roaring Fork at
Disney's Wilderness Lodge, The Mara at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, or another quick-service dining location, you (and your breakfast) will be welcomed onboard! However, for Guest safety, food and beverages must be lidded and contained while in transit. You're welcome to enjoy your breakfast once you arrive at the theme park, as outside
food and nonalcoholic beverages are allowed in all theme parks.
To expedite your morning and get you to the theme park with a full belly, I recommend utilizing
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, which is available in the
My Disney Experience mobile app. I like to place a mobile order at the quick-service dining location at my Disney Resort hotel, pick up my order, and eat breakfast before I leave for the theme parks! That way, I can focus my energy on hitting my favorite attraction rather than finding a meal.
Kelly, I'm wishing you a wild time during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! If you have any additional planning questions, feel free to swing back by planDisney again anytime - we're happy to help!
Adventure is out there,
Lauren
