Can I bring protein shakes (premixed liquid ones) on the cruise ship with me? and if so do they need to be in my carryon on checked luggage

Ahoy Angela - welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for swimming by with your question for our team of panelists. We love to help Guests just like you plan your very own, very magical, Disney Cruise Line adventures!

We all know that there's an amazing variety of complimentary beverages available on board every Disney Cruise Line sailing, but sometimes you just want or need to enjoy a favorite from home! Angela, you are welcome to bring beverages, including protein shakes, if you pack them in your carry-on luggage and they remain sealed in their original containers.

While I doubt this applies, it's worth noting that if any of your beverages contain alcohol, there are quantity restrictions to be aware of. I don't think I've seen any alcohol-infused protein shakes out there, but anything is possible!

I hope this information helps your planning efforts – stop by any time with additional questions! Oh, and before I forget, make sure to check out all the magical excitement surrounding Disney Cruise Line’s Silver Anniversary at Sea!

    Bon voyage!
