I’ve taken a look at the
Park Rules, and there is nothing specifically stated about power stations being prohibited. However, cast members at the security checkpoints have the final say about what items you can bring into the parks. Without understanding the dimensions of your device, it’s hard to say what they will determine until you get there. The worst-case scenario is that they ask you to return your device to your vehicle (or room if you’re staying on property). I know that is not necessarily the answer you’re looking for, but there really is no way to be sure until you arrive.
Another option would be to simply rent an
ECV from Disneyland when you arrive. The rental cost is $60 a day (price is subject to change). You can rent a scooter from the building to the right of the Disneyland main entrance. I’d suggest arriving early, since availability is limited.
