We want to bring a party of 8 adults, 2 toddlers ages 4-5, 2 toddlers ages 2, and 1 infant to Be Our Guest. What is the max number for a reservation? Will we need to make 2 reservations, say for 6, each, to the 12 seats needed?

    Hi, there!

Welcome to planDisney, Mike. We're so happy you stopped by and even happier to hear you're planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation! It's the very best kind if you ask me.

Be Our Guest Restaurant is one of my family's favorite dining locations in all of Walt Disney World Resort. With three immersive dining rooms and a French-inspired menu, a meal in Beast's enchanted castle is always trés magnifique! To answer your question, Be Our Guest Restaurant can accommodate up to 21 Guests in one party. In fact, I once booked a dining reservation at this dining location for a party of 14!

Dining reservations can be made up to 60-days in advance. If you'll be a Guest of the Disney Resorts Collection, you can make your dining reservations for the entire length of your stay, up to 10 days, 60-days before your arrival date. Be Our Guest Restaurant is a fan-favorite and often books to capacity quite quickly. To up your chances of getting that hard-to-get reservation, be sure wake up bright and early the day of your 60-day mark. Dining reservations can be made beginning at 6:00 AM, but sometimes availability appears as early as 5:45 AM. So set your alarm, fill your favorite Disney mug with coffee, and fire up that computer! Should you not find availability for your entire party, not to worry. Go ahead and try to make two separate reservations to split your party up. When you arrive at the check in stand, just let the Cast Member know that you're actually one party together. If they can't accommodate you at one table, they'll be sure to seat you at separate tables in the same area.

One last tip - don't forget to include the infant in your party in the total head count for your reservation. Even if that little darling won't be eating or even sitting in their own seat, it's important to include them in your party size.

I hope this was helpful, Mike. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you may have about your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! We'd love to help you plan a magical stay.
