what can you bring into the park as far as food or coolers

    Hi Brenda!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

My family usually brings in some snack items and/or sandwiches for a long day at Walt Disney World.  For food, most everything is OK as long as it doesn't need to be heated.  You can find more information about bringing food into a Walt Disney World Theme Park at this link.

Here are policies about coolers from the Frequently Asked Questions page of the Walt Disney World website:
Suitcases, coolers or backpacks with or without wheels larger than 24" (61 cm) long x
15" (38 cm) wide x 18" (46 cm) high. Coolers required for medication may be stored in a
    locker or at Guest Relations.

Now that my boys are older, I generally throw a few granola bars and packages of crackers in my bag. We snack on them while waiting in attraction lines. It's just enough to get us through until our next delicious meal!

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
