Can you bring your own sun umbrella to the water parks? Would it be useful;a place to stick it in the sand to create a "home base" for the family members to come and go? (Two families going together total of 7)

    Well hello there!!!

That is a very good question! It would be great to be able to bring your own umbrella to the Water Parks! First it would make it a little easier to find the home base like you said and second it's going to be where YOU want it. I believe, the only problem that Disney has with that is that if one family does it then everyone will want to bring their own and there will be so many umbrellas that you would not be able to see the water park. There is also a safety concern when guests bring their own equipment. Personally, I would just get to the water park as early as possible and stake your spot for the day. The guests are very good about leaving your stuff alone and there are many umbrellas and shaded areas throughout the parks! I hope you and your family have a Magical Time at the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel! If you have more questions, we are always here to help!
