Can we bring in our own snacks, water or sandwiches into the park?

    Hi Joy!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Are you getting so excited about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort Vacation? Be sure to keep up with the Disney Parks Blog as they announce new Disney Parks news all the time.

Yes, you are absolutely welcome to bring in your own outside food, beverages, and snacks inside Disney's Theme Parks, Water Parks and Resort Hotels. For Disney's Parks, there are two requests of what to leave behind, which are no outside alcohol, and no food or beverages in glass containers. (Baby food in glass jars, however, is perfectly fine.) In fact, you can even bring a small cooler and a blanket with you for a Disney Day Picnic! (I recommend the grassy areas directly in front of Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom Park. And then you can also use the blanket for parade seating!)

There currently is no limit as to how many snacks and drinks you can bring in with you. I'm "that mom" who once brought in basically an entire snack aisle for my picky toddler. But do note that with the exception of baby meals in the Baby Care Centers, there is no place to store, refrigerate, or reheat any items that you bring with you.

Do bring some snack money as Walt Disney World Resort is quickly becoming known as an Eat Park, too. The Disney Parks Blog even has monthly postings dedicated to the can't-miss Sweet Treats and Best Bites of the season.

I hope this helped to better plan your Disney Days, Joy, and We'll See You Real Soon!
