Well hello there, Tracy and welcome to planDisney. I'm thrilled you dropped by with your question. You are absolutely in the right place because my two favorite topics happen to be Disney Cruise Line vacations and snacks.
I understand that it's comforting to have your favorite snack items on hand while you travel. The Disney Cruise Line provides
guidelines for bringing food onboard. You are welcome to bring nonperishable snack foods with you as long as they are sealed and in their original packaging. Perishable foods, open food containers, and homemade foods are not allowed on board so please plan accordingly! It's also important to note that any snacks that you do bring on board either must be consumed prior to debarkation or still fully sealed in order to be carried off of the ship.
When you are feeling "rumbly in your tumbly" like our favorite Pooh Bear, please remember that there are plenty of snacking spots onboard your Disney Cruise Ship! When I'm wanting a quick bite to tide me over till the next meal, I often find myself visiting the quick service dining areas near the pools. A slice of pizza, a chicken tender, a bowl of fruit, or a cookie can hit the spot. And don't forget the soft-serve ice cream onboard that is always a good idea!
If hunger strikes while you are relaxing in your stateroom, be sure to take advantage of the complimentary
Room Service! There is a plate with cheese and crackers on the menu that is perfect for a quick savory snack. A Mickey Bar can hit the spot when you are looking for something sweet.
The shops onboard also have a small selection of snacks for purchase. I hope that you find all of your snacking needs fulfilled. Just don't forget to leave room for all of the
incredible dining options onboard! With the unique
rotational dining that the Disney Cruise Line offers, you'll be dining in a variety of beautiful restaurants each night and your wonderful wait staff will rotate with you. You can view your dining rotation for your sailing using the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you are on the ship.
I hope you have a smooth sailing full of snacks and big smiles! Please cruise back to us at planDisney if you have any more questions. We'd love to open up our metaphorical bag of tips for you anytime.
Happy sailing,
Adrianna
