Can I bring my own food and/or snacks to disney theme parks?

Hi Ysis! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You are just days away from your vacation and what a great time it is to visit the Walt Disney World Resort! Between new and returning experiences like Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, as well as the final month of Mickey & Minnie's Surprise Celebration, you have a lot of fun waiting for you at "The Most Magical Place on Earth."

I think you'll be happy to hear that, yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages with you into the theme parks! This is not only a great way to save money, but also helpful in keeping your energy up for full days of exploring! There are a few Park Rules that you will want to follow: no alcoholic beverages, no glass containers (except for small ones like baby food jars), no loose ice (ice packs or ice inside a zipped bag is fine), and no bags or coolers larger than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high. Since all bags and coolers must go through security, I like to put our food inside clear zipped bags, so security can easily see what we are taking in. It helps speed up the process a little!

I hope you have the BEST vacation, Ysis! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
