Welcome to planDisney, Lesly!
I'm so glad you stopped by so we could help you plan your great, big, beautiful tomorrow. This is a common question that many people have. The last thing you want to do is turn up on the day and be told that you can't bring those delicious sandwiches you prepared or those tasty snacks you brought with you into the theme park.
You'll be pleased to know that Guests are
welcome to bring outside food and non-alcoholic drinks into Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. However, they can't be in glass containers, nor require heating, reheating, processing, or refrigeration. Disney also prohibits food that has pungent odors (for reasons I'm sure you can imagine). If you'd like a more comprehensive list of what is/isn't allowed you can check out the
Disneyland Resort Park Rules page, where you'll discover a list of prohibited items.
Whenever my family embarks on a Disney vacation, we pack A LOT of snacks - trail mix, chips, fruit, granola/protein bars, beef jerky, etc. Not only do these snacks keep us energized throughout our Disney days, but they also help us save plenty of pennies. This means we don't feel as guilty about treating ourselves to a churro or a Mickey-shaped beignet.
I trust that's helpful, Lesly. Thanks again for visiting
planDisney. It's an honor to help fellow Guests like you plan their next Disney trip.
Mike
