Can I bring in my normal pet to Disneyland?

    Hi there, Emma,

While it might certainly be memorable to share a magical experience with our sweet furry friends, pets are not permitted at the Disneyland Resort, including at the Disneyland Resort Hotels. Sadly, I have personally seen Security Cast Members turn away other Guests who had their pet with them, even in a protective carrying case.

Of course, trained service animals are welcome at the Disneyland Resort with appropriate conditions. Also, select Disneyland Resort Good Neighbor Hotels may also permit Guests to bring their pets along with them during their stay. If staying at a participating Good Neighbor Hotel, I recommend calling the hotel directly to confirm the availability of pet-friendly rooms and to inquire about any applicable pet fees.

Tony’s Tip: We may not be allowed to bring our pets with us to the Disneyland Resort. But that doesn’t mean we can’t take some of the Disneyland Resort magic back home with us to our pets. Many Disneyland Resort shops feature a variety of Disney Tails products for pets. And photos of special Disney characters can be fun to share with your pet when you return home. Be sure to keep an eye out for some of your favorite Disney dogs and cats around the Disneyland Resort, including these dogs:

Have a magical time, Emma. Please let us know if you have any more questions about the Disneyland Resort.
