Hiya, Susan!
That's smart thinking, planning on staying safe and hydrated during your visit to the Disneyland Resort. Yes, you are welcome to bring water bottles and even
outside snacks and other food items with you to the Disneyland Resort. As long as your bottle is
not made of glass, you will be fine.
Besides the many drinking fountains throughout the parks, you'll also find some water refilling stations at select locations. My favorites are at
Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante and
Galactic Grill. We even recently discovered one on the east side of the
Pirate's Lair on Tom Sawyer Island. You may also request complimentary cups of ice water from most
quick service dining locations.
If you are looking for
drinking fountains, you can locate them on the
Disneyland app. Just tap the search icon and look for "Drinking Fountains." The app may also be used to find characters, look up attraction wait times,
order food and beverages from select quick service restaurants, and view and manage dining reservations. It's also your hub for making Disney FASTPASS reservations when
Disney MaxPass is purchased for your tickets.
While ordinary ice water is my preferred drink, I do occasionally enjoy other refreshing treats as well. Some of my favorites in Disneyland Park include the Boysen Apple Freeze at
Maurice's Treats and the Mint Julep at
Blue Bayou Restaurant. In Disney California Adventure Park, my favorites are the Memory Refreshers at
Bing Bong's Sweet Stuff and Red's Apple Freeze from the
Cozy Cone Motel. On my most recent visit to the Disneyland Resort, I discovered the 2319 at
Lamplight Lounge. It's a non-alcoholic blended drink made with frozen strawberry purée and other ingredients, then topped with Coca-Cola. I know, sounds a bit weird, right? But surprisingly, it works!
Have a magical time, Susan!
