Can I bring a Keyblade into any of the parks?

Hi there, Domingo, and welcome to planDisney! I’m so happy you’ve stopped by with this great question about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. We are here and always happy to help our fellow Guests. As you know, "My friends are my power!" and I've consulted some of my Panelist pals as I've written this answer to give you the best information possible.

Domingo, when it comes to planning what to bring with you to the parks, I always say it’s best to keep it simple and only bring essentials. With all of the walking you’ll be doing, you’ll want the lightest load possible. When it comes to accessories, I suggest reviewing the Walt Disney World Resort Park Rules about specifics. I’m unsure of the size or material of your Keyblade, though if it’s a large item that could resemble a piece of a costume or a weapon, you might be asked not to bring it into the parks.

As you're on your quest for Kingdom Hearts, be on the lookout for some unique opportunities! I did a quick search on the Disney Store website and found a great sweatshirt that features a Keyblade and many of the Kingdom Hearts characters. Keep your eyes open for Kingdom Hearts pins at pin trading locations. You might even find some Kingdom Hearts artwork by artist Morgan Ditta at the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, happening now!

Domingo, I hope this is helpful to you as you plan for your visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth! Please stop back by planDisney with any other questions you have!

    Play ya again someday!
