Can I bring insulated Thermos bottles into the parks? What about bottles of water? Thanks.

Hi Lisa! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Are you ready for your trip to the Walt Disney World Resort in just THREE days?! I'm excited for you to experience all that this Incredible Summer has to offer!

I'm happy to report that outside food and beverages are allowed in the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, as long as the containers are not glass and the beverages are not alcoholic. Feel free to take a look at the Park Rules for more information on what is and isn't allowed in the theme parks. Bringing in your own beverages, especially bottled water, is a great way to stay hydrated in the Florida summer.

Speaking of the Florida heat, make sure to check out these tips from my fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelists on how to stay cool during your trip. As I am walking through the theme parks, I like to make note of shaded benches and tables, so I know where to head when my family needs a break!

Enjoy your upcoming vacation, Lisa! Let us know if you have any other questions.
