Can I bring a hydration pack filled with diluted blackcurrant and apple cordial into the park? I don't drink plain water and get unwell if I do not remain well hydrated and I do not drink fizzy or powdered drinks.

Hello Gill and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel where it's always a pleasure for me to assist a fellow Guest from the United Kingdom with their jolly holiday plans to visit the magic and wonder of Walt Disney World Resort.
It's never wise to under estimate the Florida heat and in my opinion one can never stay hydrated enough when visiting the Sunshine State!  For the safety of everyone all Guests should always adhere to the Walt Disney World Resort Park Rules, but I am delighted to share that in my own personal experience of visiting the Disney Theme Parks I've never encountered an issue with bringing my own soft drinks with me into the parks.  Additionally I usually ensure the Park or Resort Security Officer is aware of what items I'm carrying especially if they are bulky like hydration packs.
Like you I don't really care for the taste of plain water so I sometimes carry a little bottle of concentrated fruit cordial from home such as Robinsons Squash'd which can easily be squirted into the cups of free iced water that are readily available by request from most restaurants or dining locations on Disney property.  Also by utilising the free iced water you won't be encumbered by a heavy hydration pack whilst you're enjoying your Disney day.
Wishing you an extra enchanted upcoming holiday to Walt Disney World Resort
