I would like to bring my grandkids this weekend? Is that possible?

    Hi, there!

Oh my goodness, Deshuna - I'm excited to hear you'd like to plan a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort with your grandkids. It sounds like a grand adventure, indeed!

I'm very pleased to tell you that it's absolutely possible to treat your precious grandkids to a magical visit this weekend. Do you plan on enjoying the Disney Resorts Collection for this visit? If you need a hotel, the first step for your weekend trip is to explore the Disney Resorts Collection so you can find the perfect place to stay. Just click on the "Places to Stay" tab on the Walt Disney World Resort website, enter your preferred check-in and check-out dates, the number of adults and children in your party, and then click "Find Resorts." Weekend availability will appear and you can click on each option to view details. Once you've found a Disney Resort hotel that meets your family's unique needs, interests, and budget, you can add Theme Park Tickets to your online cart, creating a Walt Disney World Vacation Package

If you don't need a hotel stay for the upcoming weekend, you'll just need Theme Park Tickets. You can purchase Theme Park Tickets online or by calling the Ticketing Team at (407) 939-7679. At this time, Guests need Theme Park Reservations in addition to valid admission for entry into the theme parks. Once you've purchased your Theme Park Tickets, you'll need to link them to your My Disney Experience account so that you can book your Theme Park Reservations via the Disney Park Pass System. I just checked the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar and it looks like there's availability at all four theme parks this weekend! Before you know it, you and your grandkids will be experiencing pixie-dusted adventures together.

As a mom of three, I try to make sure my family arrives at the theme parks shortly before the official opening. The theme parks are usually the least crowded first thing in the day, which minimizes wait times! Not to mention, the morning hours are also the coolest of the day.

Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Deshuna. Please let us know if you have any other questions about your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
