Greetings and welcome to planDisney, Chelsey. A delicious visit to the Disneyland Resort must be on the horizon. It sounds like you might be stuck at a fork in the road, so let's chat about what you can and can't bring into the parks with you to get you on your way.
Forks, dinglehoppers and the like are an important part of your time spent at Disneyland. Whether you're fixing your hair or enjoying all of the eats and treats around the resort, this utensil plays a key role. I think
Forky would also agree, especially with the
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival in full swing right now. Fork-tunately, the good news is that you can absolutely bring these with you for your park day. I recommend bringing one that is plastic and keeping in mind that Cast Members at security have the ultimate say in what you can and
cannot bring with you into the parks.
I have brought my own reusable plastic utensils to the park with me on many occasions. Not only does my set have a fork, but it also has a plastic knife, a spoon and even a pair of chopsticks. It especially comes in handy this time of year during the Food & Wine Festival. I never have to hover around and wait my turn to get a fork from the utensil dispensers, which means I can spend more time savoring my dishes.
If you haven't already, be sure to check out the
Foodie Guide and make your must-try list of things to sample. I was only able to try a few things during my last visit and am looking forward to making quite the dent and crossing things off my list next time around.
Chelsey, I hope the information I shared is helpful as you're getting ready for your visit. Let us know if there are any other questions that we can help with. Here's wishing you an un-fork-gettably delicious (and magical) time at the Happiest Place on Earth. Happy eating!
