Hi there, Theresa! Welcome to planDisney. I see that you have an upcoming trip to The Happiest Place on Earth. I would love to walk you through
Disneyland’s guidelines of outside food and drink as you plan for your visit.
Guests are more than welcome to bring their own food as long as it doesn’t require reheating or refrigeration, has no pungent odors, and isn’t stored in glass containers. Ultimately, you’re able to bring food and, of course, water to stay hydrated throughout the day.
As a toddler mom, I’m always bringing some sort of snack for my toddler for those moments in between meals or unexpected wait times for attractions. Something easy to pack away in a bag, such as crackers, bars, juice boxes, and fruit snacks, are a few of our go-to foods and drinks that I always find us reaching for. We like to bring our reusable water bottles because there are
water refilling stations throughout the parks where you can refill your bottles, which is always necessary when that California sun starts coming out. Sometimes, for even more hydration especially on hot days, I like to pack those individual cartons of coconut water for extra electrolytes!
Theresa, thank you so much for visiting
planDisney with your question. I hope you have a wonderful time at the parks! If you have any further questions before your visit, planDisney is always here for you.
With a Sprinkle of Pixie Dust,
Bev
