Greetings, Richard! Your Disneyland Resort vacation is almost here, and I couldn’t be more thrilled for you! It’s an exciting time in the parks right now, with
Get Your Ears On – A Mickey and Minnie Celebration – I love the new nighttime extravaganza, Mickey’s Mix Magic!
Yes, you are welcome to
bring your own food and drinks into the theme parks, with the exception of a few items, like glass containers and alcoholic beverages. However, a small cooler or backpack containing your food and drinks should be alright. Just keep in mind that coolers can’t be larger than 24” long x 15” wide x 18” high. Loose or dry ice isn't permitted in these containers, though bags of ice or re-usable ice packs are allowed. You can always refer to the
Disneyland Resort Rules with any additional questions.
I recommend stopping by the
picnic area, located just outside the Disneyland Park Main Entrance, where you can snack on your own food and beverages in a comfortable outdoor setting. You can even store your items in a nearby locker if you choose!
Lastly, if your family gets thirsty in the warm California sun, be sure to ask for a complimentary cup of lidded ice water at any quick-service restaurant. This may save you from lugging around heavy water bottles all day!
Wishing you Disney magic!
Kristin
