Dear Kathi,
One thing I love about the
Disneyland Resort is that guests are allowed to bring snacks and other light items into the Parks!
For families hoping to bring bigger meals from home, there's a lovely
picnic area outside of the Disneyland Park Main Entrance where guests are encouraged to enjoy their food instead of bringing a big spread into the Parks. The locker rentals outside of the Park would also allow for storage of plastic containers you may have packed to store your meals.
At this time,
Park rules don't prohibit food, especially since there may be guests with special dietary restrictions. The only thing they ask is no glass containers (unless they're baby food jars) and no large coolers.
On a final note, I would say that it wouldn't be a bad idea to save a few extra dollars for some classic Disneyland snacks like the incredibly delicious corn dogs from the Little Red Wagon on Main Street U.S.A.
You may also want to try
Gumbo served in a sourdough bread bowl at New Orleans Square or a Galactic Grill cheeseburger in Tomorrowland for about $10 each.
I hope this helps!
Have a Magical time and thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
See Ya Real Soon,
