Can I bring food and drinks into the parks?

    Hi Thomas!

Thanks for coming to see us at planDisney! It sounds like you are getting ready to enjoy a vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks and you are going to have a magical time exploring the attractions and entertainment they each have to offer. Plus, the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration is in full swing, which means you will be joining in the birthday party for the "Most Magical Place on Earth!"

I'm happy to tell you that Guests are allowed to bring outside food and beverages into the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. I like to bring plenty of snacks in our park backpack when we visit so we can avoid hungry kids (and adults) during a busy day. Plus, I always bring refillable water bottles with us to stay hydrated while we enjoy the Florida sunshine! Keep in mind that if you are bringing a cooler with you, it cannot be any larger than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high. Also, you cannot bring any glass containers or alcohol into the theme parks. Please see the Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules if you need additional information.

As your trip approaches, I recommend that you follow the Disney Parks Blog for the latest news and announcements about everything you will be able to experience during your visit. Also, feel free to come back to see us if you have any additional questions! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
