Hi there, Mimi!
Thanks so much for bringing your great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I can't wait for your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth!
I'm delighted to tell you that you are more than welcome to bring food or drink into the Disneyland Resort theme parks as long as you follow the
Park Rules. Glass containers, alcohol, and large coolers are not allowed, for example. I like to bring a bottle of water and some small snacks like granola bars or apple sauce pouches for my son. This is a huge help if we find ourselves in an attraction line when he gets hungry or thirsty. You are also more than welcome to utilize the convenient
locker rental locations in either park or within the esplanade between the parks. I love that these lockers are one low price for all-day access. I often like to use lockers to store my souvenirs, extra clothing layers, and sunscreen.
If you plan on bringing a heartier meal, I suggest taking your lunch to the peaceful
Picnic Area located near the lockers in the esplanade. This spot is tucked away providing a nice little break from the hustle and bustle.
I hope this helps, and please return if you have any other questions about planning your dream vacation!
