Welcome to planDisney, Esmeralda!
This is a good and important question. A day in a Disney theme park involves walking a lot of miles and you're going to need plenty of food and drink to sustain all that fun!
You'll be pleased to know that Guests are
welcome to bring outside food and non-alcoholic drinks into Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. However, they can't be in glass containers, nor require heating, reheating, processing, or refrigeration. Disney also prohibits food that has pungent odors (for reasons I'm sure you can imagine). If you'd like a more comprehensive list of what is/isn't allowed you can check out the
Disneyland Resort Park Rules page, where you'll discover a list of prohibited items.
When my family visited the Disneyland Resort this summer, we packed A LOT of snacks - trail mix, chips, fruit, granola bars, beef jerky, etc. Not only did these snacks keep us energized throughout our Disney days, but they also helped us save some pennies.
I hope that's helpful, Esmeralda. Thanks so much for choosing to be our Guest.
