To all who come to planDisney, welcome. We're so glad you're here, Jeremy. Thanks for sharing this question with us. It sounds like you might be planning for a delicious visit to the Disneyland Resort, so let's make sure you're ready.
I like the way you think, Jeremy. Eats, treats and all the in between are what I'm thinking about and prioritizing during all of my visits to Disneyland. I have good news to share with you. You can absolutely
bring your own food with you into the parks. As long as the food is not in
glass containers and doesn't require heating or reheating, refrigeration or processing and does not have a pungent odor. Be sure to check the
list of prohibited items and let the Cast Members at security know that you have food with you.
Bringing your own food is a great way to have a budget-friendly day at the parks. I've brought in my own snacks to munch on throughout the day. One of my favorite things to bring with me to the parks are little mochi bites to top off my DOLE Whip from the
Tropical Hideaway. It gives it just a little something extra that I almost want to "hork it down" like Emile. I do also love to indulge in the snacks at the parks and hope you will too - at least one Mickey-shaped one. And a great way to avoid any hangry situations is to
mobile order your treats in the
Disneyland app.
Jeremy, I hope this helps as you prepare for your visit. Let us know if there are any other questions that we can help with. Until then, here's wishing you a magical (and delicious) visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
